Heathrow LDV Ltd is part of MTHL Fleet Services and we have been operating as a vehicle hire and leasing company around Heathrow Airport for over 10 years. You are assured of a professional, reliable service at all times.

We can offer a wide range of Commercial Vehicles for hire from a minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years, subject to status with and without maintenance. That’s Vans, Minibuses, Lutons, Dropsides, Crew Vans and Tippers, as well as wheelchair accessible buses & specialised vehicles from 1 to 44 tonnes, if required.

Vehicle Collection

When collecting a vehicle please bring the following with you:

* a full valid driving license (no exceptions)
* a guaranteed method of payment for the rental and deposit
* 2 forms of identification e.g. passport, utility bill, bank statement

Driving Licence

DRIVING LICENSE
A full driving license must have been held for at least one year (21 to 24 at least 2 years). Endorsed licenses will be accepted at the discretion of Heathrow LDV Ltd.

Photo Licence

Any customer who holds a new U.K. photo licence must show both parts at the time of rental.
If, for any reason, you are unable to collect the vehicle at the time specified please contact us as soon as possible.

Age

25 – 70 years, standard conditions apply (21 – 24 and 71 – 75 year old drivers accepted for rental subject to special conditions and/or insurance approval).

Insurance

Vehicles must be covered by your fully comprehensive insurance at all times and proof will be required prior to release of the vehicle(s).

Payment

The full rental plus refundable deposit is required when the vehicle is collected/delivered. Cleared funds will be required. Credit cards will attract an administration fee.

Breakdown Cover

You will be expected to provide your own vehicle cover unless agreed as part of your contract.

Foreign Travel

Vehicles may only be taken out of England, Scotland or Wales with our written consent. Please ask for details of our tailored overseas hire package.

Long Term & Contract Hire

We will be pleased to give quotations for this on request.
